To all -

Due to the many rainouts over the last few weeks, the deadline for all regular season games to be played for seeding has been extended to Friday, July 2nd, scores and pitchers reported by 11pm that night. On or between Friday July 2nd and Monday July 5th, seeds 8 and 9 will play at the 8 seeds home field to see who plays the 1 seed the following week. All other seeds will play one game between Monday July 5th and Thursday July 8th. See 2010 Pony League Tournament Bracket. All scores must be reported to the commissioner Greg Gould by Friday, July 2nd, 11pm (rockcreekball@aol.com). Also, double check your scores and standings for the year to make sure all scores have been entered and all are correct. Any forfeits need to be agreed upon by both teams and will be recorded as a 7-0 score.  If the game cannot be made up and the two coaches cannot agree then it can be determined by the TriCounty board if the circumstances warrant a forfeiture. Typically, the team who cancels is the team who forfeits. Every attempt to make up the game needs to be made before asking for a forfeit.

Tournament starts the week of Monday, July 5th at top seeds home field. The final four play games will be at Klatt Memorial Field in Plano on Friday, July 9th at 5:30 pm and 8 pm.  Saturday, July 10th is the 3rd place game @ 1:00pm and 1st place game @ 3:15pm also in Plano.  The tournament bracket will be online . Home teams need to let Cindy (martyol@comcast.net for Umpires) and Greg/Dave (for website) know what nights you will have your games as soon as you know.

There will be 1 all star games and 1 skills and drills hosted by Serena and played at
Wedron Field on Sunday, July 11th.

All Star Game Skills & Drills @ 3pm, game with game to follow.
All Star Teams will be divided near the end of the season. Top three teams in regular season conference play will have 4 players represent their team in the All Star Festivities. All others teams will have 3. Please have each player expect the all star festivities to be around 4 hours which includes the all star game and the skills and drills. Plano 1 and 2 will play together and Sandwich 1 and 2 will play together on the same All Star Teams, otherwise the teams will be divided evenly by seed order.

Good luck to all in your final games and tournament, and I hope to see you in Plano on July 9h & 10th.

Best Regards -
