3. ALL-STAR GAME
   A. Sunday July 9, 2005

      I) Division #2 All-Star Game is at 5:00pm for Skills & Drills, game is at 6:30pm at

         Harding. (Plano #1, Plano #2, Harding, Indian Creek, Earlville, Paw Paw, Serena,

         Sheridian)

      II) Division #1 All-Star game is at 2:00pm at Waterman (Waterman #1, Waterman #2,

          Big Rock #1, Big Rock #2, Somonauk #1, Somonauk #2, Newark, Hinckley, Plattville)
   B. 2 sites- one for each Division (sites will be determined at March 26, 2006 Meeting)
   C. 3 Players per team chosen by their own coach
   D. Continuous batting order
   E. Host town pays for umpires
   F. Alternate players onto the field
   G. 2 innings maximum a player can pitch
   H. No ten run rule
   I. Game must be 7 innings
   J. Coach from the best records will coach each team
   K. 4 towns per one all-star team (12 players) for maximum players, 1 team will have 15 players
      Towns/teams for each all-star team will be determined by the board.
   L. Players will receive a Medal for Participating

 

4. END-OF-SEASON-TOURNAMENT
   A. Tournament Qualifiers
       I) All teams qualify
         a) All teams will be seeded by record
         b) Seeding will be done by the board
         c) Top Eight teams receive Byes with last place team
            Playing the first place team or playing into the tournament
           (see last years Bracket)
   B. Tournament Play
       I) Tournament play shall run from June 26 with the semi Finals and

          Finals at Plano High school, July 6, 7, 8, 2006
   C. Tournament Pairings
       I) See Bracket
   D. Tournament Pitching
       I) Pitchers may pitch a total of six(6) innings in the first week of

          the tournament
      II) Pitchers may pitch a total of nine(9) innings the second week of

          the tournament
          No rest period required for pitchers pitching on Friday then Saturday.

   E. Host Town will Be responsible for Providing:

       I) Two Patch Umpires(which League will reimburse cost up to $35(Home) & $25(Bases)

      II) Field in Proper Condition

     III) 1 Dozen Base Balls

      IV) Advance Public Notice

       V) Sound Sytem for Public Adress Anouncing For Championship Game

      VI) Concessions

     VII) Decorations

5. Field Availability sheets aredue April 1st

6. Maps,Rosters,Proof of Insurance and Fees are due by May 1, 2006

 8. Rules: Changes: Motion to Change Umpires from each team supply one ump

    to, Home Team Supplies Both Umps - All in Favor None opposed

    and added an age limit, must be 16 years old to Ump
