Friday Nov. 23

8:15-8:30am     Community Sendoff

8:30am          Depart For Champaign

11:00am         Lunch at Hometown Buffet

12:00pm         Depart for Hotel

12:15-1:45pm    Check in Hotel

1:45pm          Depart for Memorial Stadium

2:00pm          Dressing at Assembly Hall Locker Room

                Bus will unload team and Staff at the Loading Dock

3:25pm          After Dressing the Bus will reload and go down

                Irving Drive for Warm-up

3:30pm          Warm up on North end of Indoor Facility

                Kickers Use the West Side

3:38pm          20 Minute Count down Clock begins

3:48pm          Captains for Coin Toss

3:58pm          Warm up ends

4:00pm          Kick off of State Championship Game

6:30pm-7:30pm   Team meets with Media

8:00pm          Team Arrives at TENT CITY for Community Rally(See Below)

9:00pm          Dinner for Players and Immediate Families at

                Eastland Suites in the Banquet Hall

Saturday Nov. 24

8:45pm-9:15pm   Breakfast at Hotel

9:25pm          Depart for Memorial Stadium

                Watch Morris vs Metamora, Buy Souveneirs, ETC.

12:00pm         Leave Stadium

12:30pm         Lunch

4:00pm          Arrive at Plano, Line Up at Plano Molding for Escort

                Through Town, Rt. 34 to Hale St. to Main St. to Ben St.

                to Abe St. to High School

4:30pm-5:00pm   Community Rally in Gym at the High School

                                   Memorial Stadium Guidelines

Plano will be seated on the east siede of the stadium-This is the opposite side

from where we sat last year.(See Below)

Your Ticket is only good for admittance to the stadium one time  - if you leave

the stadium you must Pay $10.00 to re-enter

Alcoholic Beverages are not allowed at any IHSA Events - this also includes the

Parking areas and Tent City Areas

The following items are not allowed in Memorial Stadium - Alcholic Beverages,

BackBags and Bags, Banners and Signs, Bota bags/wine skins, coolers, and containers,

fireworks, whistles, horns, noisemakers, bottles, cans, large lens camera's, Strollers,

Tri-pods, Umbrellas, video cameras, weapons of any kind - and no smoking is allowed in

the stadium.

Wheel Chair seating is available in row 25 of the horseshoe (south end of Memorial Stadium)
