1.  Meeting Called to order at 4:07pm - People in attendance were

     Mark Flewellin (Waterman)

     Mike Wade (Plano)

     Chuck Theurer(Leland), Ruben Rodriguez (Yorkville)

     Hinckley & Newark Emailed they will have teams

     Towns Missing Representative: Big Rock, Paw Paw, Shabbona, Serena

2. Election of Officers: Elected were

    July 9th at 4:00pm

4.  End of Season Tournament: Waterman

     Semi-Final 6-7

     Finals are to be July 8th

5.  Field Availability sheets due by April 1, 2006

6.  Fees: Entry Fee, Proof of Insurance, and Rosters are due by May 1, 2006

A motion was made to Change age restriction to 15 yr old on a case by case bases, was voted down, No Change will be Made

New Bat Restriction: (-3) Bats are recommended, but the following Bats size and weight will be on all new bats purchased

(all League Bats Purchased by a league member before rule change this year will be grand fathered in)

All (-3) Bats are legal

All (-4 to -5) Bats can be up to 33" in Length or under

All (-6 to -9) Bats can be up to 32" in Length or under

All (-10 to -12) Bats must be 28" in Length or Under

Trophy's or Plaques or Medals instead of T-Shirts to the Final Four Teams in the End of Season Tournament

8.  Next Meeting is Sunday March 26, 2006 at 2:00pm at the Plano Train Depot on Main Street
