BACK TO A BALL

Hello guys, I have everything worked out with WSPY, jim techenbrock (announcer), and chief jim olson(DJ). I have gotten the sponsors and a huge discount from the radio station. We will have music and a live broadcast for both games. I also have permission from the station to burn a CD for each participant in the game. Here is the fly in the ointment, I need to have the games played at 2pm and 5 pm. I will request that all participants be at the park by 10:30 to sign up for the events and give complete addresses for CD mailing. We will have both game’s pre-game events back to back before the first game as the radio station cannot sit around 2 hours in between games. I know its Sunday morning but this 1 day. The awards will be given out before each game so that each child may be acknowledged for the accomplishment. There will be plenty of time for the people in the second game to go home or whatever. PLEASE tell me this is okay as I cannot work it out with the radio programmer any other way. Thank you mike jump

19. ALL-STAR GAME
      A. Sunday July 12, 2009

             I) East Division #2 All-Star Game is at Somonauk Field #1 1:00pm

             II) Division #1 All-Star game is at Somonauk Field #1 3:00pm
     B. 1 site 2 games
     C. 3 Players per team chosen by their own coach
     D. Continuous batting order
     E. League will reimburse umpires ($55/Umpire)
     F. Alternate players onto the field
     G. 2 innings maximum a player can pitch
     H. No ten run rule
      I. Game must be 7 innings
     J. Coach from the best records will coach each team
     K. 4 towns per one all-star team (12 players) for maximum players, 1 team might have 9 players
          Towns/teams for each all-star team will be determined by the board.
     L. Players will receive a Medal for Participating
